1. Collection of Personal Information
Your Loan Store collects personal and financial information (including identification documents, bank statements, payslips and property information) for the purpose of assessing and arranging credit products on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to assess your borrowing capacity, identify suitable loan products, prepare and submit credit applications, and comply with our obligations under the NCCP Act and Anti-Money Laundering legislation.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose your information to lenders and credit providers, our aggregator (LMG), mortgage insurers, valuers, legal and settlement agents, and government bodies as required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Document Vault Storage
Documents uploaded to this vault are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage hosted on AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Access is restricted to you and authorised Your Loan Store staff only. Documents are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with regulatory obligations.

5. Your Rights

Document Vault — Terms of Use

1. Purpose
This secure document vault is provided solely for sharing financial documents with Your Loan Store in connection with a credit application or ongoing loan management.

2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to upload only documents that are genuine and accurate, keep your login credentials and 2FA device secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Security
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption and two-factor authentication. No system is completely secure and you use this service at your own risk.

4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
